  • Resale or transfer of tickets may be restricted—please check your ticketing platform’s policies.

  • Entry requires a valid ticket and compliance with all festival rules.

 

 

2. Festival Entry & Conduct

 

  • The Festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.

  • Attendees must comply with all venue rules, security checks, and applicable laws (including liquor laws).

  • Prohibited items may include outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or other items deemed unsafe.

 

 

3. Event Changes

 

  • Lineups, schedules, and venues are subject to change without notice.

App Privacy Policies

## About this app

Lafayette Music Fest provides the Lafayette Music Fest Colorado app. You can browse the guide without an account, marketing signup, or notification permission. Privacy questions: info@lafayettemusicfest.com.


## Your saved schedule

Saved artists, reminder preferences, and a cached festival guide are stored on your device. We do not upload your saved schedule to a festival account. You can remove saved artists and change reminders in the app.


## Notifications

Notifications are optional. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple’s push service process app installation identifiers, push tokens, and technical delivery information to deliver festival announcements. These identifiers are not your email address or phone number. Saved-set reminders are scheduled on your device. Disable festival announcements using the bell or Settings; control all notification permissions in your phone’s Settings.


## Email updates

If you choose marketing updates, your email address and email consent pass through our Supabase signup service to Wix, where the festival manages contacts. App-source labels identify these signups. We do not maintain a second marketing contact list in Supabase or persist the form details on your device. Email signup is optional. We do not collect phone numbers in this version. Unsubscribe using the email unsubscribe link.


## Online services and security

Supabase serves festival content and announcements and authenticates festival staff. Network requests expose technical information such as IP addresses to service providers. Our signup service uses temporary hashed-IP rate-limit counters to prevent abuse. Service providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies. Staff sign-in sends credentials to Supabase Authentication over an encrypted connection.


## Maps, tickets, and other links

Walking directions open an external mapping service with the venue destination. This app does not request your device location. The mapping service may separately ask for it. Ticket purchases and artist, sponsor, and vendor links open external services governed by their privacy policies. Payment details are entered with the ticket provider, not stored by this app.


## Your choices and deletion requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of marketing contact information, email info@lafayettemusicfest.com and identify the email address involved. Unsubscribing stops marketing; a suppression record may be retained to respect your opt-out. Contact and consent records are kept as needed to manage your subscription and meet applicable obligations. Removing the app clears its local storage, subject to device backups. Removing the app does not unsubscribe a Wix marketing contact.
