This form is for businesses interested in having a vendor tent at The District (400 W. South Boulder Road) for the Lafayette Music Fest on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Vendor tent costs as follows (unless you are already an event sponsor):

• Outdoor Premium:  $250

• Outdoor Standard:  $175

• Indoor:  $225

Vendor tent details:

• All vendors must bring their own 10x10 tent with proper weights (40 lbs per leg)

• There is limited power at The District in the vicinity of the vendor tents

• Vendor tents will be located on the south side of the main building in the parking lot and inside the atrium.

• Setup at The District will begin at 8:00 am.

• All outdoor vendor tents need to be in place and ready by 10:30 am.  Music runs from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm

• All indoor vendor tents need to be in place and ready by 9:30 am.  Music runs from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm

• All vendors selling anything must comply with City of Lafayette requirements
